HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Are the Events included in the price of the room reservations?

Yes! Prices are all inclusive of selected room accommodations, all food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, the full list of All-Inclusive Events, Round trip Shuttle Airport transfers from the Montego Bay International Airport (MBJ to the host hotel, and all taxes and gratuities)!

DO I NEED A PASSPORT TO ATTEND THIS EVENT?

Yes. A passport is required to travel outside of the U.S. To apply for a passport please visit https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply.html

ARE MY FOOD AND DRINKS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Yes. All food at the 7 restaurants, snack and juice bars, bakery, ice cream shop and 24 hour room service is included. All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at any of the bars located on the property are included. All items in the mini bar located in your room are included, and will be restocked daily. All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are also included at each of the listed events that will be held throughout the weekend. Taxes and gratuities are also included.

HOW DO I BOOK?

Click here for booking. If booking before December 31st, you only need to pay $99 of your total balance to reserve your room! After this date, you will pay a minimum of 1/3 of your total balance as a deposit.

WHAT ARE THE ACTUAL TRAVEL DATES FOR THIS  EVENT?

Our trip will be held Thursday, April 30th- Monday, May 4th, 2020

Is airfare included in the pricing information?

No. All airfare reservations should be booked directly with your preferred airline carrier.

Can I get a refund?

All money paid into the trip is non-refundable and non-transferable.

How do I receive a discount code?

Discount codes will be announced on certain episodes of The Casey Crew Podcast! Make sure to listen in to receive codes. We will also offer several trip giveaways, which will be announced on our social media page @theislandoasis. Payment plans are offered to all guests, and for those booking before December 31, 2019, our limited time $99 deposit offer will be applicable.

Can I make a change to my reservation after my booking is confirmed?

Based on availability you can make room category changes. You can also modify the guest names or number or guests in your room. A $30 change fee will be assessed to your final balance per occurrence in order to fulfill any change requests.

There are multiple people in my room. Can we use multiple credit cards to pay for our room booking?

To make the initial deposit, you can only use one card. After completing this first transaction, you will then be able to login to your account and make all additional payments with different credit cards until the booking is paid in full.

Can we book at a different hotel, and only purchase tickets to The Casey Crew events?

Events are only open to guests who book a room package through our Casey Crew official website.
